Everything You Need To Know About The 2023 Subaru Ascent in Van Nuys, CA

The new 2023 Subaru Ascent with all-round features is the SUV you need
The 2023 Subaru Ascent comes with exciting new features, great styling, and uncompromising comfortability.Â
Here is all you need to know about the new Subaru Ascent.Â
Five trim levels: Base, Premium, Onyx Edition, Limited, and Touring, with the Touring trim getting the most features and, of course, the more excellent comfortability. Some features that exist only in the Touring trim include a high-gloss black grille exterior, satin chrome power-folding outer rear-view mirrors with turn signals, and chrome door handles. The 20-inches aluminum-alloy finished wheels set the Limited trim apart from the others, with two-inches smaller wheels.Â
Seat row: The new three-row Ascent SUV comfortably accommodates up to seven passengers.Â
Safety: The driver-assisted technology with a wider field of view added an electric booster, a standard wide-angle mono camera, and a dual camera "Eyesight" system that recognizes pedestrians and bicycles. The Eyesight system warns the driver when there's a danger of collision and automatically engages the brake to avoid one. It applies emergency steering in sync with the pre-collision braking system to prevent collisions. Other safety features that come standard with the Ascent include automatic power door locks, a security system with an engine immobilizer, a rear vision camera with a washer, and many more.Â
Functionality: The premium variant comes with a windshield wiper de-icer and rear-window privacy glass. Other standard functionalities include a Starlink 11.6-inch Multimedia Navigation system, power moonroof, rain-sensing wipers, a 180-degree front-view camera, and a Harman Kardon QuantumLogic surround system with the new 'Cabin Connect,' and a surround-view monitor system. All variants include, a location tech that allows the driver to communicate the exact location, steering responsive LED headlights with high beam assist, and lower-edge air ducts to enhance aerodynamic flow under the car.Â
Interior: Starting from the leather-wrapped steering, the interior gets a lot of functionalities to aid a comfortable experience. The limited edition has leather-trimmed upholstery, heated second-row seats, a heated steering wheel, and a choice between having a regular second-row bench or captain chairs at no extra cost. The driver seat is 12-way powered and gets good lumbar support. The front passenger seat is 4-way powered in addition to the retractable sunshades on the second row. The high-end Touring variant has a woodgrain-pattern matte finish accent, a choice between a Slate Black or Java Brown perforated leather upholstery, and a three-mode ventilated driver and front passenger seats.Â
Entertainment: Entertainment is provided by a wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an 11.6-inch high-resolution touchscreen with a combination meter integration. Standard features include the Valet Mode, Bluetooth with hands-free phone and audio streaming connectivity, over-the-air updates, and many more.Â
Engine: The new Ascent is powered by a 2.4-liter, turbocharged Subaru Boxer engine that produces 260hp.Â
